1. Parties
This Order Agreement is concluded electronically between the following parties.

Customer:
The real or legal person who places an order for products or services through the www.uzvi.net website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the sales and delivery conditions of software, hardware, technical service, or IT services ordered electronically by the Customer through www.uzvi.net.
3. Scope of Orders and Services
3.1. The Customer is deemed to have reviewed and accepted the specifications, pricing, and scope of the ordered product or service at the time of placing the order.
3.2. The services offered may include but are not limited to:

Hotel technology solutions

Network and internet infrastructure services

Security and surveillance systems

Web design and software development services

Hardware sales and technical service support
3.3. The scope of the ordered service shall be carried out according to the conditions specified in the service proposal, quotation, or order form.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. The price of the ordered product or service is the amount stated during the order process.
4.2. Payment may be made through one of the following methods:

5. Delivery and Service Duration
5.1. Physical products will be delivered within the time period determined according to stock availability.
5.2. Delivery time for software and IT services may vary depending on the scope of the service.
5.3. Installation, integration, and technical support services will be carried out according to the agreed service schedule.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal Conditions
6.1. If the Customer wishes to cancel an order, they must contact UZVI Software.
6.2. The right of withdrawal may not apply to installed software, licensed products, or custom development services.
6.3. If the service process has already started, the service provider may charge for the work performed up to that point.
7. Warranty and Technical Support
7.1. Software and hardware products sold are subject to the warranty conditions of the relevant manufacturer or developer.
7.2. Technical support services are provided within the scope specified in the service agreement or purchased service package.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. UZVI Software shall not be held responsible for issues arising from internet infrastructure problems, third-party software, or user errors.
8.2. The Customer is responsible for maintaining backups of their data and systems to prevent potential data loss or operational issues.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to software, designs, and digital content provided by UZVI Software belong to the relevant rights holders. The Customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer these materials without permission.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data belonging to customers is processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant data protection regulations.
11. Force Majeure
Events beyond the control of the parties such as natural disasters, internet outages, war, strikes, infrastructure failures, or similar circumstances shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the parties cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill obligations.
12. Entry into Force
By placing an order through www.uzvi.net, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Order Agreement.
13. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Muğla Courts and Enforcement Offices.
